Eligibility & Registration

Registration is structured to give eligible APO Nationals competitors and international qualifiers the first opportunity to enter, with any remaining slots opening later.

Priority Registration Opens Priority registration begins July 15, 2026, for eligible athletes.
Eligible Athletes All 2026 APO Nationals competitors are eligible to sign up. International competitors who placed top three at their national-level competition across all divisions are also eligible.
Remaining Slots Open On July 31, 2026, any remaining slots will open to all APO members who competed in 2025.
Limited Entry The WPO World Cup is limited to 30 lifters. Once the available slots are filled, registration closes.
Limited entry means exactly that. Qualified lifters should be prepared to register when their eligibility window opens.

World Cup divisions are structured differently than traditional World Championship divisions, while still allowing athletes to set or break applicable national and world records in established WPO/APO classes and divisions.
